Do you take walk-ins?

We are by appointment only to ensure every client receives our full attention. WhatsApp us for same-day availability — we reply in under 10 minutes.

Is there parking at JLT?

Yes — free parking at Cluster M, JLT. Message us when you arrive and we'll send the access card details. JBR offers complimentary valet parking at Amwaj Rotana Hotel.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Yes! Earn points on every visit, refer friends for mutual discounts, and Emirates Platinum cardholders enjoy 15% off all services.

Can I book for a group or event?

Absolutely — we love bridal parties, birthdays and group bookings. WhatsApp us to arrange a bespoke experience for your group.

What nail guarantee do you offer?

We offer complimentary fixes: 7 days for Gel Polish / BIAB / Extensions, and 3 days for Classic Polish. For Lashes & Brows, if excessive fallout happens within 3 days we'll assess and fix it.
